Everglades Air Conditioning Inc.

We provide Commercial/Industrial/Retail/Medical facilities and all types of larger office buildings. We also have our residential dept that services and installs air conditioning to the homeowner.

We are also a State licensed General Contractor as well as State licensed Plumbing Contractor.
This gives us the opportunity to help the customer the ability to save added expenses if doing larger projects with multiple contractors by keeping multiple profits and operating costs minimal to the customer or project manager by keeping the end result of your budget smaller.

We are a Federal Govt registered contractor for the past 14 years with such customers as the US Veterans Association VA. USCG main buildings. Sawgrass Mills Mall was the primary contractor with numerous retail corporations throughout the years as customers including Marshalls. VF Factory outlet, Footlocker and many more.
